Travel during immigration appeal

I am a British National. My wife has had an immigration appeal to stay under the partner route after being refused. We are waiting on the judge's decision, which he indicated was likely to go our way. Anyway, during the long period of time the UK government things have her passport. She also has a job that requires her to travel which is getting frustrated with her lack of ability to travel so during the long, long process that never seems to end.

Does anyone know any way for her to travel during this year long process without endangering her application? Thanks for any aid. If it helps, I her British husband am happy to travel with her.
