Tier 2 General PBS Dependant visa extension process informat

Hi Members ,

My wife is having Tier 2 General dependant visa currently and expiry on 25/03/2015 and I would like know what is the process and which application form do I need use for her extension .please find below all details

Main Applicant current status: UK Nationality (UK Nationality got JULY2014 through Tier 2 (General).

Dependant Visa details:[/b]

She came from INDIA to UK on WERKPERMIT Dependant visa on 2009 and stayed 4 months.
She came from INDIA to UK again on Tier 2 ICT dependant visa on 2010 and stayed 12 months.
She came from INDIA to UK again on Tier 2 General dependant visa on 20th Sep 2013 and currently in UK only.( Her Tier2 general PBS dependant visa will expiry 25/03/2015.)
All her 3 dependant visas got in INIDA only. but this time I am extending in UK.
can I know when she will eligible for applying ILR ( Along with my kids who born in INDIA and currently in UK along with us as tier 2 dependant visa)

I need to apply for her visa Extension now .can you please let me know whether I need to extend her visa as Tier 2 General dependant as she is already Tier 2 General dependant now or my current UK Nationality dependant?.

If I need to apply as a Tier 2 Dependant visa now ,what all documents do I need to provide for Tier 2 general dependant visa extension as I am working as self employed now since APR 2014 .( Do I need to provide any documents from my accountant).

How much amount I need to show for 90 days for my wife and 2 kids (who all are currently in Tier 2 general Dependant VISA and staying with me)


Do we need to apply online or paper form for tier 2 dependant visa extension?.

Please let me know if your require more details .

Thanks a lot Vinny for your replay as it is very useful information .
As per your information . I think , I need to extend my dependant visa as PBS Dependant and only showing required funds and not require english test for extending PBS dependant application.please correct me if I am wrong.

Can you please let me know which application form do I need to use for my wife and 2 kids who born in outside UK.

Can I use SET(o) for 3 (wife +2kids) of them ?.

SET(O) is for ILR.

I think . I will apply through online form for my wife and 2 kids .

Can I attach below documents ?.

1. 90 days funds statement for 3 of them (£1890).
2.my UK passport xerox copy
3.my previous all tier 2 visa copies.
4. My ILR xerox copy
5.6 months salary and dividend slips
6.my salary income statement from my accountant .

And my wife and 2 kids previous visa copies.

Can you please let me know if I need to provide any thing .

Can you please help me for documents which i am applying my Dependant Visa i.e Tier 2 General dependant VISA( Spouse+ 2 Kids) through Postal .

I am providing the below list of Documents .can you please let me know if any other Documents require pls.

Spouse Document:
1.Original Passports ( Current and Old )
2.xerox copies of all previous dependant visa and fornt page and last page of current passport.
3.Vote registration original Letter from council.
4.NHS Registration original Letter
5.Council tax,water and Electricity original letters with both names ( me and my spouse name)
6.Original of Marriage certification
7. 6 months payslip and 6 month bank statements original letters ( is it ok if i provided these documents or not require)

My Documents :
1.6 month payslips + 6 month bank statement + Accountent letter + Divident letter ( all original letters )
2. 6 month bank statement for my business account.
3. last year P60 original letter
4.My current UK Passport first and last xerox copy
5. My all previous tier 2 visa xerox copies + ILR approval letter
6.copy of my business company registration with shareholders letter

My Kids Documents :
1. original Birth Certifications
2.NHS Registration Letter
3. Letter from scholl that their are studying that scholl

I have maintained required funds i.e £1900 in my personall bank for 90 days

can you please let me know ifi need to include any other documents please?.
