Hello
I am glad to have found this forum, and appreciate the time taken out by other members to assist new bies.
My previous entrepreneur visa application was refused under 245dd(b), 245dd(h), 245dd(k) and 245dd(i), while my PSW was still valid. It took 7 months for them process my entrepreneur visa, even though the reasons cited by ECO were baseless but i had already lost a lot of business while the application was in process, hence was not prepared to re-submit a new application and decided to move back to Pakistan for peace of mind before the visa expired. I did not over stay, my previous immigration history is good. My fiance is a british citizen and we have just got engaged in Pakistan and we now plan to submit the spouse visa application for myself by end of this year - My questions is:
1. Will my previous refusal affect my spouse application?
2. What do i have to state in the following sections on visa form?
3. Have you ever been refused a visa/EEA Family Permit for
any country?
It is yes, but do i have to submit the entire 4 page refusal for this question?
4. Have you been granted any UK visa/EEA Family Permit in
the last 10 years?
Yes
5. Have you ever been refused, deported, removed or
otherwise required to leave any country (including the UK) in
the last 10 years?
I was refused, but i left the uk before my psw expired? what do i answer here, if yes, then do i submit the refusal reasons again as i did in question 3
6. Have you ever voluntarily elected to depart the UK before
you were served with an immigration decision and/or other
papers?
Yes i did depart voluntarily, before my visa expired.
I would appreciate experts help in this matter.
