I understand it will be returned if apply from NCS, but how about by postal?

Can anyone please answer this question. thank you very much

yes, it has been returned. And HO replied my email enquiry that only life in UK certificate will not be returned

Yes. I got it back too. I posted it by myself. Only the LiUk paper what they have not sent back
