ILR and British born children

Post by FaisalKhan100 » Fri Feb 27, 2015 11:36 pm

Dear friends
MY Student visa was rejected in 2013 but during appeal process my 10 years were completed so I withdraw the appeal and I applied only for my visa. I did not apply any visa for my children who were born in uk. Now I got my ILR on the basis of long residency I did not apply any new visa for my british born children. During my visa process their visas have been expired now and their passports are in HO since 2013 due to visa rejection.
Can you please help me what should I do now because my friends are saying ....my children are now overstayed.
Please guide me what should I do now...
Waiting your kind reply..
