Section 5 and 6-need to fill or not fill Under Tier 1 Genera

Hi All,

I am applying for ILR on the basis of Tier 1 General ( Visa Stamped Date: 30/03/2010, Arrived UK on 03/04/2015).

I have couple of questions regarding applying ILR. I booked appointment on 13/03/2015 in Croydon (Premium service).

I spoke to my friend and he said you need to fill following sections.

Do I need to fill the following sections under Tier 1 General Visa:

Section 5 - Your Home and Finances

You are not required to complete this section if you are applying in the bereaved partner categories



Section 6 - Immigration History

You are not required to complete this section if you are applying in the bereaved partner categories.
