ILR and dependent confusion

I am going to apply for my ILR(10yrs route) next month, which is fairly straight forward but, my wife visa finishing on same date as mine( she is my dependent came in 2013). Now i been advised from sources that for her i need to fill the FLr(m) and some Say FLR(0) with no requirement for maintenance fund for both the application.

I have a daughter who born here in 2014 and i didnt made any passport for her from my native high commission. I was under the impression that once i have my ILR then i will send her for a naturalization the British citizenship. Recently i have contacted some sources for more information and advise that i need to include my daughter same as my wife as a dependent and need to apply for he leave to remain. if thats right then the time i have is not enough for making a new passport for my daughter.

If any one can help me out toward a solution i will truly appreciate.

What is your current visa status that your wife is dependent on?

Do you meet the income requirement of £18,600pa?

Your daughter is UK born so you can register her on form MN1 under section 1(3) for British citizenship as soon as your ILR is approved. If you don't have any travel plans, you don't need to apply for her visa.

Thank you for your quick response CROO, as you ask i am currently on student visa and the last 10 yrs i had student and PSWvisa. when my wife came in this country in 2013 she came as a dependent of PSW. then when i switch to student visa then she became dependent of student visa up until we apply for the next. And about the 18600 i dont have to do that. well hope fully not. thank you.

You need to meet the £18,600 for her to apply for FLR(M).
