Priority Postal Application

Is there a priority postal application for Unmarried partner visa?
I did this way for my Tier 2 General visa, through post and got my visa within few days.

Where will they be submitting their application?
Edit: I've trawled back through your previous posts and see that intend to switch to Unmarried Partner category from within the UK. There is no priority postal application, but you can apply at one of the PSCs (previously PEO) for the premium fee.
(Casa, not CR001)
