Please clarify - why would a British person have to go to India to give birth?

The home office don't care about british citizens. They see It as Shes 4 months and no medical reason why she can't travel to India with me to start life. Appears they can't count as she is 7 months. They give the usual explanation and acknowledge a degree of hardship would be experienced.

Any advice.

I shared here last year my two refused applications for FLR. The first in 2012 and December 2014. My wife was pregnant when we applied last year and the refusal stated she was currently 4 months and can travel to indian to give birth.

I am an overstayor who entered UK as visitor 2002.

My wife has since given birth and we are looking to apply again very soon once were settled.

Does anyone have similar experience/advice.

I have just submitted a application on basis of my wife and newborn baby. I am overstayer and wife and child are BRitish citizens.

Applied twice previously before had baby which were rejected.

Does anyone share similar story

I have posted on here with little response. Here my story:

13 yrs overstayer
Married with British wife and 3 month old baby (british)
Lived together 3 yrs.

Applied 2012 - refused reason: (hadn't cohabited for 2 yrs)
applied 2014 - refused Dec 2014 (baby not born, no reason why can't relocate India and have baby there.

I have applied again feb 2015 now that my son is here. Anyone with similar story. I am very scared.

Since my post above. A new application has been submitted, I have my British wife and child.

Can anyone gave similar outcomes of their own case.

I don't think now they would suggest both British mother and child to be moved from the UK

My case is not similar, as me nor my husband is British..
but we have had to separate too just after wedding, due to these visa issues
have been together 4.5 years
so i'm just counting days to get my ILR outcome whatever it is I need it soon...

So be happy at least you are with your family..
