jayacpr, I think your case is also similar where no employment history is shown right? Have you contacted HMRC and got more specifics and details.

If your employer hasnt paid taxes and NI, HO will come hard on the applicant and there is no way out!, im afraid

Could you please share your experience how did you get to the bottom of this issue.I am also in the same situation my Ltd company dissolved in 2011 not record in HMRC how can correct my history in HMRC.

what is your issue yash84? Did you not pay tax to HMRC when your company was trading.

Did you friend applied on 10 years basis or 5 years basis and when he got ILR
