wife of british citizen switched to flr(m) when can i apply?

Hi ,
I entered UK as workpermit dependant on september 2008 and i left country in may 2009. I came back to UK on November 2012 under Tier 1 (g) dependant and
I switched to FLR (m) on 2014, My husband got his ILR on November 2013 holds british citizen now. We have a son who is Britsih citizen.

my Question is:

1) when can i apply ilr?
2) can i apply on November 2015?

as i came to now their is a new rule from april 2014 which states I should apply after 5 years on flr (M) to apply ILR?
as my first entry is before July 2012 can I apply under two year route?

Please guide me, I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

Thanks for your reply Here is my details:

1) I applied on september 2012 for Tier1 (G) dependant [start date 08/11/12 valid until 03/09/14]. My work permit visa was valid until 20/09/12. But my husband moved to tier 1 in 2009.
2) my husband got ilr 5 year residence. He got his ilr Nov 2013.
3)Flr m start date is 18/08/2014 & end date is18/02/2017.

To rephrase what is being asked, on what date did you submit the application.

If you applied for FLR(M) on 18/08/2014, i.e. on or after 6th April, 2014, then you may apply for SET(M) from 16 Sept 2019 and before your FLR(M) expires. So you should extend your FLR(M) shortly before it expires.

Your clock would have reset meaning you can apply 28 days prior to completing your 5 year period which starts from where your FLR(M) was issued. You will need to extend before the expiry of the current visa.
