Dietician course from india

i have a relative whos done her postgraduation Dietician course in bangalore india.
she is here on a visit visa since over age 18..though her parents have ILR and working in uk.

she would like to work in the uk as a dietician and stay with parents

how should she go about doing this?
any suggestions welcome?
has anyone had this experience...ie...dietician from india and conversion here.

How old is she now? WHen you say she's been here on a VV since the age of 18, how long is that? Has she overstayed her visa?

Would she qualify for HSMP? That might well be the easiest route for her to take.
