Procedure for filing EC from scratch

Hi All,

I want to gather some information regrading the Entry Clearance(EC) procedures.

1. What are the forms do I need to submit?
2. What are the supporting documents should I provide?
3. Is there any link on the internet where I can get step by step information regarding applying EC?

Kindly provide me any link regarding this.
