Your username certainly fits in well with your situation. When your husband sent you his English and TB test certificates, why didn't he send you the signed application as well? If he signed something else, you should know what he signed and why, he should have told you.

Not much you can do now really apart from wait. You won't know the fate of the outcome until around mid November now.

You need to submit an appeal if the ECO stated if you could in your refusal notice and you MUST have letters from Cambridge English and your visa centre you need solid proof and send your confirmation of Entry document too.

Apply online as it is faster and keep us updated with dates on the appeal section of this forum

new to this, I have applied for my husband's spouse viss online on 13th August and sent documents to Sheffield on 20th. However, I did not send the printed online application form. I'm so worried that it will get refused because of this. My husband took it with him when he went to submit his biometrics but they didn't take it and aasked him to sign something else. I don't know what to do? I was advised that we do not need to send it from here but after reading this I realise we should have. Can someone please advise me what should I do?

He sent me those documents as soon as we found out we need to send documents to Sheffield, I didn't know at the time that there was anything else for him to sign and send to me. He told me it was a declartion which is also on the printed online application but I don't know if it is the same declaration. I can't believe this has happened because we have everything else we needed and I was pleased that I had all documents together and now I've made this huge mistake.

Maybe another member can tell you if their spouse had to sign a declaration as well when they submitted their biometrics and passport and what it was for.

It may work out for you, just hope for the best that it does.

Did you send a prepaid self addressed envelope as well for your documents to be returned back to you?

Thank you so much for your response i.need.help. I have sent the envelope with the documents too. It's only the application form that was missed. I think all I can do is wait as you said. Insha Allah it will be the outcome I am praying for but I just have no hope left at this moment.

It's good, but why have you included your brothers payslips etc? The SU07 form is not needed.

Pointless sending your travel card, that's not going to be of any use.

And do you mean Appendix 2? Not B?

It's all up to you obviously though.

You can keep that form in if you want, but it's not for spouse visas.

Even if your brother was out of work, they wouldn't care. All they ask for is proof of ownership, which you have provided and a letter from the home owner giving you and your spouse permission to stay in the property. They don't need to see the home owner's financial standings. The financial burden is on you, that's why you have to meet all the financial requirements, which was also one of the reasons your previous application failed.

BUT! don't leave them out because of my opinion. If you want to send them, go ahead.

Yes Appendix 2 is correct!

Well, it's totally up to you. I've just never come across anyone ever who's sent the home owners financial information even if they're living rent free. I didn't send such documents either.

The ECO would need to be real dumb to confuse or mix your payslips with your brother's. That's the only issue I can think of.

Do whatever you feel comfortable with. If you want to send them, then go ahead.

Dear All,
I am planning to apply visa for my wife and two kids to join me in UK. I recently got indefinite leave to remain.
Would anyone please suggest what sort of supporting documents I need. Filling online application form is quite complicated. Any advice to avoid any mistake.
Also what time do I need to send all supporting documents to Sheffield office.
Any little help will be very much appreciated.

Regards

There is only two pages in online form where applicant have to sing and send it with other sporting documents.

I think i've understood exactly what is taking place. They want all these things below. If these things weren't provided alongside certificate Grafton College have basically not done their job. ECO would say you should have checked this before applying. Even though it says 2013 on their website.

"For tests taken before 6 April 2013: Certificate, Statement of results, Candidate ID number and Candidate's secret number (applicants should provide Statement of Entry if possible) "

I might tell my wife to go to Islamabad and try to get the secret number etc if possible so I could send it to Sheffield. Desperate I know but 'm convinced it'll be a refusal now as secret number etc is what they're saying they need tp access result
Grafton college always have problem coz of them my cousin is stuck
