Spouse of ILR

Post by mj84 » Mon Aug 31, 2015 11:30 pm

Hi

Apologies if the question I am asking has been answered before, I couldn't find the proper answer. I am a Tier 4 visa holder and my husband is currently on my dependant visa. Now in September, he is going to apply for ILR on the basis of 10 years long stay in the UK. He is planning to use the premium service & he is earning well over £18600 for over a year. He has been on my dependant visa for about 3 years now (1 year as a PSW dependant and 2 years on Tier 4 dependant). Now my question is, once he gets his ILR, what sort of visa do I need to apply? Please also mention the appropriate form that I need to use.

Many thanks
