You won't be able to apply for a standard spouse visa from within the UK, even though your baby will be British. Also he must meet the £18,600 annual income level.
However, before this is discussed further, assuming you intend your baby to be born here, how wiill you pay for the birth? NHS treatment (including the birth and anti-natal) isn't free for visitors even if you are married to a British National. A spouse visa stands to be refused if any NHS fees remain unpaid when submitting the application.
