STAMP 4 EXPIRED

Post by leodublin » Wed Oct 14, 2015 3:47 pm

I would like to ask some questions.
my visa (STAMP 4 EUFAM) expired three days ago, completing five years visa.
my case, my ex-wife returned to the country of origin in 10/13 married in 03/10, but never tried in divorces, now live with another woman,in 2009 I was arrested by the Garda for being drunk in the street and been kicked out of a club(but never show up in my Garda Vetting), always worked in the same company since 2008, never got social welfare. i would like to know if i can have any problem to apply for naturalization?
I was in a lawyer but your price is 850, I wonder if in my case it was better to get a lawyer?
THANKS a Lot!!

Wow . Are you divorced? Has your wife worked in Ireland for 5 years?

Your case seems complex.

You may be able to secure Permanent Residence.

Do you have evidence of her treaty rights.
