EU Citizen Registration Certificate renewal date

Hi

can please anyone explain if there's any document renewal date stated on the Registration Certificates granted in the UK to EU citizens who are exercising Treaty Rights of free movement.

Do you know any recent (within the last 6 months) examples of Registration Certificates issued with any renewal dates mentioned in it?
