Please Help - Integra Verification from UK?

Hi

One of my friend wants to apply for HSMP this month.

He is a full-time student from April-06 and he has finished his Post graduate from UK this year.

Is he required to check all his qualification certificate and earnings from India by Integra before applying for HSMP or before applying for FLR?

If he gets his HSMP he will be given FLR from UK as he has completed his studies in UK.
