Cancel MN1

Post by arnie365 » Sun Jan 17, 2016 3:19 pm

Hi,
MN1 registration for our daughter, born in the UK is taking too much time and we have to travel to India in 1.5 months time.

I an my wife have ILRs on India passport. And daughter's Tier-1 dependent visa has expired.

Can I cancel my daughter's MN1 and apply for ILR 1-day premium service instead? What is the process for that?
rgds,
Arnie

There is no MNI premium appointment option.

OP wants to apply for ILR in person. Not sure how that works if the child Tier 1 dep visa has already expired.

SET(F). No point in cancelling MN1.

Hi Vinny, I can very well apply for SET(F). Should I first cancel the MN1? Thats delayed.
