Hi All,
My ILR is due tomorrow and i want to confirm what i have filled is correct, I want to avoid a situation where my application is rejected for wrong information.
Lost Job in Nov 2015 in permanent job and not working, showing salary from Dec-2014 to Oct-2015 to claim the points in salary. I am confused in Section 5.
5.3 Are you working in the UK? Yes\No
If So What is your pay each month after Tax and other deductions ? Do i need to fill my last net salary ( OCT 2015) here and is that a correct info i am providing to UKBA ?
- Secondly i also have to show my Dec 2015 Bank statement for a HMRC tax payment proof, This statement will not have my salary credited as i am not working anymore , will that contradict my details provided in 5.3
