Child registration to British passport - Time frame?

Hi fellas,

Does anyone have an idea of the time it takes for the British passport for the child born in the UK once the biometrics have been taken?

British Passport doesn't require biometrics. I assume you mean registration on MN1.

It can take a couple of months or it can take many months. You will need to wait and be patient.

Further to CR001's advice...you will only be able to apply for a British passport for your child once the Registration has been approved. They are two separate processes.
