FLR(fp) requirements/eligibility

Post by Tonia2020 » Sun Mar 27, 2016 5:33 pm

Hello everyone, i need your advice on the 10 year route for parent. I have a partner who has got a permanent rensidence and a 4 year old daughter that has just been issued a certificate of registration as a british citizen. How do i regularise my stay using my daughter and what are the requirements for my application?
Thanks for your prompt replies

What is your current immigration status?

You say permanent residence. Is your partner an EU national or do you mean ILR as your partner is a non-EU national?

In addition to CR001's post...do you live with your partner and child? If not, do you have a Court order giving access to your daughter?

What is your immigration history?

Are you an unmarried partner or are you married?

How long have you been in a relationship/married?

In which case you don't qualify as an unmarried partner. This requires a minimum of 2 years co-habitation and it appears that you're short of 9 months.
