FLR Fp extension urgent advice needed please

Hi All

I need urgent advice, my extension is due in next 20 days and i was relaxed that my documents are ready when today my wife spotted in few documents that some of the document says "Miss" with her title and some of the bills like gas, electric council tax says Mrs. Her passport, Dvla and bank statement has "Miss" in it i am really stressed out what to tick in the application form. She writes everywhere MIss or Ms. I can't even order new documents because HO requires cohabitation for 2 years and i have all docs for past 2 years but just noticed the above. Please can somebody suggest what to do.

My wife is a british citizen. she hasn't changed her name after marriage and i will be sending her passport to support my FLR Fp application along with other supporting documents

The 'Miss' or 'Mrs' won't be an issue.

So am i ok to write "Miss" in my application form under Partner details

Probably better to write 'Mrs' as some of the documents show this anyway.

Thanks for replying, but this is the confusion some docs says miss and some says mrs
Passport , dvla and bank statment says miss or i am thinking to put MIss as her title as these are gov issued docs.

HI All

I have an extremely important/ urgent question please if someone can help. I am applying for 2nd extension for flr fp application based on my partner and i do understand i will have to send her original british passport. However she needs her passport in a month time e.g 29th may 2016 because of her job security checks. I will be applying tomorrow for extension is it possible once homeoffice receive my application we ask for my partner passport back. I don't mind them keeping my passport.

Please let me know the procedure or what we have to do

I am sure that you can send certified copies of the British passport and add a note in the 'additional information' if you need to.

i Asked my solicitor and was told "we have to send original". The only concern is if i ask for her passport back is that going to affect my application
