Hi arfaisal
Yesterday some known lawyer on TV, told in his TV talk show anyone going for old tax record amendments, HMRC automatically inform Home Office as per some new settlement between both departments. They get the list to make sure none of them are doing only for Visa related issues.
My question is.......how would HMRC knows that the tax amendment is for visa purpose?
Secondly HO already knew that people are doing amendments so even HMRC inform HO or not doesnt matter.....when you apply for ILR HO 99.9% check your tax record.......but there are many people getting approval after amendments......i dont think so there is an issue.....this issue is made bigger by us people not by HO or HMRC........the more you discuss the more you in trouble........those people going to apply ILR after amendments they will be fine what i believe....rest depend on their luck.....i wish all of them a success
