LR Application ( joint bank account)

I am filling LR form and page 27 is bit confusing. On top of page ukba asking for

If the account with the bank or utility company is in the joint names of the applicant and
other people, each of those others should sign the following declaration
And on bottom of the page ukba asking for
Name and address of applicant
Please confirm on bottam of page , I need to write my name(applicant name) or other people name(joint customer name).

Your name and address as the applicant. If the form shows 'UKBA' it will be out of date. The UKBA were disbanded in March 2013 and superseded the next month by the UKVI.

It's my fault it's not ukba
I am still confused on page 27 they asking for applicant and joint account holders signatures and declarations and on bottam of page they asking applicant name and signature. Moreover, we have already given applicant name and signature on page 26 as well. How we provide joint account holder details and signatures and declarations.thx

Today I had my PSC appointment and got the approval letter.

I am not an expert but I think the page 27 is for the joint account holder not for the applicant as the applicant has already been given their content on page 26 (topic of page 27 explains this too).

In my case I didn't produce any of the utility bills or the bank statement. Do you really need to submit utility bills or the bank statement?
