Would anyone be able to tell me whether a CoS decision can take longer than the set 11th working day of the month? Or can evidence / documents be requested on the 11th working day of the month, and be given a certain amount of time for submission?
Thanks.

I have been told by my sponsors that they've sent my application and were asked for more documents then told they would be contacted in 2-3 weeks with the result... I really hope the decision comes before that though.

Wow, that's a long time. My sponsors won't even tell me anything. May I ask how many points your application should be claiming? And do you know what documents they've requested?

Unfortunately I have no idea of how many points and I don't know which documents, but probably related to the RLMT.

I'm sure it'll work out for you, keep us posted if you can. What job / industry are you in?

It's a Software Engineer position and I've been almost giving up... The company didn't advertise the job properly once and only now managed to apply following the guidelines for the RLMT. What about you?

Would that be restricted or unrestricted CoS? I'm a primary teacher.

Yes I did. I think some are just taking longer than others.

The same thing is happening to me. My advertiser did not advertise the job properly. They are now telling me that the COS was granted but it cannot be issued to be until the 29th of July. I guess it is a conditionally thing which is dependent upon the RLMT being completed properly.
