Please help - uk fiancé visa

Post by Emmacaren2403 » Thu Jul 21, 2016 2:42 pm

Hello

I am heavily pregnant - baby due tomorrow ! And have just received refusal notice for my fiancé in Jamaica .

we were refused based on 3 things

Never having met
My housing
Wedding plans

We provided all documents for my frequent over ten visits in last year alone, and my 3 month stay in Jamaica last summer.
We also provided pictures of our families meeting and our Whatsapp daily conversations

My mortgage certificate and a letter confirming there is room from the council for my partner to live in the 3 bedroom house I own with myself and my daughter

We provided wedding plan, rings , wedding dress confirm and other info about the wedding and the immigration officer discussed with my lawyer the expense of the weddin... But now saying we have no wedding plans

Is there anything we can do? Based on his child being born so soon?

Sounds like you got the YTS lad as your caseworker. Write back to the ECO for an AR (Administrative Review) explaining the error of their ways and you should be fine; we had a similar one, not a refusal but asking for details of her kids (she has none) and her study progress (left uni two years previously). They do employ some right numpties.

Congraualtions on your immaculate conception BTW!!
