Hi everyone. Simple question but I am unsure about it.

Date of 1st tier-1 issue: 1-Dec-2010
Date of entry to UK: 1-Feb-2012
Date of 1st visa renewal: 1-Nov-2012
Date of 2nd visa renewal: 1-Mar-2015

When is the earlies I am able to apply. Any answers are much appreciated.

depending on how many days u were out of country in 2012, 2013, i think u may be eligible to apply 180 days before 1 feb 2017, which may technically mean very soon.
The new rules means that the duration between entry clearance and entering are now counted as days outside the country, and old rules state u cant b out of the country for 180 days a year.. it is possible to apply 180 days before 1 feb 2017, provided u didnt leave the country for next one year.

Period between the issue of entry clearance and entering the UK
The period between entry clearance being issued and the applicant entering the UK may be
counted toward the qualifying period. Any absences between the date of issue and entry to
the UK are considered an allowable absence. This period will count towards the 180 days
allowable absence in the relevant 12 month period. The applicant does not need to provide
evidence to demonstrate the reason for delayed entry.
If the delay is more than 180 days, you can only include time after the applicant entered the
UK in the continuous period calculation.
