Indefinate leave to remain - spouse visa

I got ILR under 10 year route on Nov 2013,
where T1 Ent from July 2013 to Nov 2013
then T1 PSW - from Feb 2011 to Feb 2013
rest of the time T4 and student Visa.
My wife came to UK June 2008 under Student Dependant Visa.
Every time my wife had extension with me as PBS dependant visa. She was granted to spouse visa (FLR (M)) (without £18600 income) on Sept 2014 from T1 Ent dependant (visa issued July 2013), now want to apply for ILR. (without £18600 income rule),
Now My question :

1. Is she on 2 or 5 year settlement route?
2. Was there any rule came on April 2014 that affects her?
3. Is paragraph 287(d) for her?

1. 2 year rule and she is covered by the transitional arrangements.

2. Yes, there was. But as she got her spouse visa before the April 2014 rules changes, the new rules don't apply to her.

3. Yes, it is applicable to her.

On what date did she APPLY for her visa?

What is the start and end date of her current visa?

How did she get a visa if you did not meet the financial requirement as this was mandatory in 2014/

Are you sure she was not granted FLR(FP) or DLR?

Her spouse visa Start date (issue date) 11/09/2014 end date 11/03/2017

I now checked her letter it states " you do not meet requirement of R-LTRP 1.1 a,b,c.....................................but you are granted under D-LTRP.1.2 ApPendix FM "

I didn't get everything.

She appears to be on the 10 year route Family life as Partner. She will need to apply for an extension.

D-LTRP.1.2. If the applicant meets the requirements in paragraph R-LTRP.1.1.(a), (b) and (d) for limited leave to remain as a partner they will be granted leave to remain for a period not exceeding 30 months and subject to a condition of no recourse to public funds unless the Secretary of State considers that the person should not be subject to such a condition, and they will be eligible to apply for settlement after a continuous period of at least 120 months with such leave, with limited leave as a partner under paragraph D-LTRP.1.1., or in the UK with entry clearance as a partner under paragraph D-ECP1.1. (excluding in all cases any period of entry clearance or limited leave as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner), or, if paragraph E-LTRP.1.11. applies, the applicant will be granted limited leave for a period not exceeding 6 months and subject to a condition of no recourse to public funds and a prohibition on employment.
