ILR Dependent Application from India - Need Help

Hi Folks,

Would be great if someone who is on ILR currently, has applied for a dependent visa from India recently through VFS. I am currently in the process of applying a dependent visa for my wife (who is in India)

My Visa Type: Settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain)

(I got know from a friend of mine who applied for a dependent visa in the UK, that my wife will receive PBS - Dependant visa/ Points Based System. Since she wont be eligible for a ILR straightaway, as she has to spend 5years in UK)

on the VFS Website, am I correct in saying I should select the below drop-downs?

Reason for Visit: Settlement
Visa Type: Settlement
Visa Sub Type: Wife

It is not a PBS Dep visa, that is a completely different visa category and you are not a PBS migrant now.

It is settlement/wife on VAF4A.

Hi - Thanks for your response, if I am applying from UK - I do know which form to use , However I have to apply through VFS in India. their website only provides different dropdowns such as my screenshot.

Are you able to advise if the option I have chosen on the screenshot is correct?
