You've applied for a paper hearing for your asylum claim?

That sounds like a big mistake to me if you actually do want to try and get asylum.

yahooooo guys my asylum appeal is allowed on paper hearing. i knew if i dont lie i wouldnt be in trouble. thanks all of you. now what is gonna happen? is HO gonna appeal to upper tribunal?

Asylum appeal allowed but havent heard anything from HO

*My asylum appeal was allowed on asylum and HR ground on 31st of march 2016.
*HO sought for permission to appeal on 14 th of april which was refused on 29th of april.
* i phoned HMCTs today they said they havent received anything from HO for further appeal and its been 9 weeks going on now since the PTA refused.
HO havent responded me yet and i phoned them they said they will contact me but they didnt say whether that was accepted or not..
what is going on with my asylum then ,does that mean HO accept my asylum? if so how long normally it takes to issue visa?
please let me know frnds
