Subject Access Request

Post by JS28 » Fri Aug 05, 2016 12:46 am

HI,

I have requested a SAR 2 yrs ago. I am applying for my ILR this year. Do I need my recent SAR? The only that I know changed would be my travel to my home country for 6 days and to italy for 7 days and a renewal of BRP.

What is the current SAR waiting time?

Thanks

Having a SAR record is not a pre-requisite for an ILR application. Whether you request one is a personal choice depending on whether you require information on your previous immigration history that you do not have with you to complete your application/verify your eligibility.

I've been waiting a few months now. For 2 short trips no reason to ask for SAR
