ILR : PBS Dependent Visa impact on Spouse's-Work and Travel

Post by perisetty » Mon Aug 22, 2016 6:53 pm

Greetings!

Scenario:
I got my ILR on Tier 1 General Points based system. I will go for my citizenship this year. My wife would have completed her 5 years continuous stay in March 2018( 5th April 2013- March, 2018). Currently she is on "PBS dependent visa"

Query:
When I file for my Wife's ILR
1. Do I need to prove once again my salary based on points system?
2. Will my absence be considered or her absence over 5 years be considered?
3. Can my work related travel over 180 days be treated as exception or I can not travel more than 180 days
4. Is Set(o) still the relevant application form for her ILR

Please advice.

Thanks and Regards, Raju
