PR- Do the 5 qualifying continuos years need to be from the date of application?
Hello Everyone,
Just a quick question please.
I'm a French citizen and had been living in the UK since 2009 and have always worked. However, for personal family reasons, I had to spend the last 13 months in France. I am now back in UK and have resumed my employment. I would now like to apply for the EEA Permanent Residence. My five+ continuous qualifying years are from 2009 -2015. Can I apply for PR now in 2016 with those years? Or do the 5 years need to be starting and "going back" from the date of application for the PR?
I hope I'm making sense and many, many thanks in advance for advising me on this.
Kind regards.
