Interview started at exact time so no need to go there any early.
It was a single person room and the person on the other side was not home office employee as well, wearing casual dress and he was nice friendly person.
My interview took 35 min only.

He then asked few questions about my website:
My website states that we provide HR, Payroll and pensions services.
He asked me my experience on these three things.
Have I created payroll jobs in my company.
Am I providing pension to my own staff.
Have my staff got any training on these things? Who gave training?
Clients Info:
Q:How much I charge hourly ?
A: I don’t charge any hourly rate, we get contract and the price is negotiable, we charge according to the amount of work on a monthly basis.
I also gave an example: If I have to process payroll for 80 employees for accompany then I roughly charge £900/Month
Q: How much I charge for Pension?
A: It depends on the size of the company and what work they require.
Roughly £500 for processing pensions every month and £3000 one off setting up fee.
Q: How much I charge for HR services
A: It depends if a company need a [permanent staff or temp, for a full time staff I charge 20% of the annual salary.
These are all I remember.
I am actually running my business properly and its not for visa purpose only so I know almost every thing.
Few things which they ask I think not easy to remember for every one like accountant address, so I wrote all these type of things on a piece of paper and I took it with me and in the interview room, I placed on the table making sure its not visible to the camera as u can see your self as well on skype call so I know what he can see on my side.
If I wanted to record this interview I could have easily done that as well.
My suggestion to others, as we know the interviewer is not a home office person so why to answer the questions in detail, stick to the point as he was writing every thing.
My interview took only 35 min becz I was answering to the point.
E.G,
Q: where you advertise jobs
A: Reed, total jobs.
Job done !
At the end he asked me if I have any question and I said u wont be bae to answer my question as I want to ask how long it take more to get reply back and he then said Ill pass these to the case worker straight away and I think they will process it very soon.
