I was on TIER 2 (G) visa since year September 2011. ILR approved now this month September 2016.

Wife/Kids Visa Details

First Visa
Tier 2 (Dependent)

Valid From : 1st Feburay 2012
Expiry : 25 July 2014

Date of First Arrival to UK: 20 July 2012
Departure : 20 September 2012

Date of Arrival (Second Time) to UK: 10 July 2013
Departure: 30 September 2013

Second Visa
Tier 2 (Dependent)

Valid From : 25 June 2015
Expiry: 18 August 2017

Date of Arrival (Third Time) 29 June 2015
Family Members staying with me from 29 June 2015

Questions (Help)

1. My Tier 2(G) recently changed to ILR and now I have given one month notice to my company (Last month with company). Planning to start my own business in few months. Does this effect on my wife or kids current Tier 2 dependent visa or in future?

2. Wife and kids dependent Tier 2 visa still valid till August 2017 and is it still remain valid till their expiry August 2017 and can they travel abroad?

3. When I can apply their ILR? Are they eligible now to apply ILR?

4. What type of visa application I have to submit now and how much is the fees to apply? Can I apply before they current visa expire ?

5. Count of 5 years to apply ILR ?

No, you leaving your employer won't have an effect on dependent visa.

Yes, they can travel.

June 2020. No, they don't qualify now. From what you posted, your dependents applied for a new entry clearance in 2015.

Nothing now. Extend PBS dependent visa shortly before it expires.

5. Count of 5 years to apply ILR ?

Starts when wife entered the UK in 2015 and dependents need 5 years residence for ILR.

I have registered my own company and I am going to start my own business in few months probably next year April. I have resigned and this is my last month with my company as I got ILR this month September.

Question

I am not planning to work on salary basis or give time to business for few months mean no salary no income.
My dependents visa will expire on next year August.
If I don't work then does this effect on time of renewal of visa of my family members ?

What will be the minimum salary/earnings require of me on time of renewal and for how many months ?

How much I Must have for maintenance fund in bank account for each dependent example £900 pp for last three months ? Please advise
