Employment letter from your employer.
I know this sounds crazy but write few emails to show communication! If New Delhi is deciding it's best to they don't seem to understand that whatsapp calls and messaging is easier! Just to be on the safe side ...
I would suggest you write a statement and ask your partner to write one. Include dates when you met etc ... Good luck.

Thanks Soniabal for reply.
I work as a contractor and have my own limited company. do I still need a employer letter or can I just attach contract paper.
do I need to send accountant letter and bank statement as original or can I send the scanned copy for the same and she can take print out.

Thanks in advance

Original documents! No photocopies or scanned. Especially bank statements. Get the bank statements stamped signed and dated if you can.
In your case you don't need a employers letter...

10, 11, 12 of Applicant docs not needed.

If your bank statements are original (they are posted to you), then you don't need them stamped.

If the application is going to New Delhi then I would advise you to be extra careful with the paperwork! Bank statements don't need to be signed but if you can there's no harm... New Delhi will look for any reason to refuse the application...Good luck.
