Hello Guys...

I found one more thing and I was not told about this from my accountant.

Here's my employment creation history..

1 Employee Oct 2015 to current date. - 13 months- 30 hours
1 Employee Jan to march 2016- 3 months
1 Employee Jan to Feb 2016 - 2 months
1 Employee March to current - 8 months...


Policy document 164 - A single job need not consist of 12 consecutive months ( for eg it could exist for 6 months in one year and 6 months for the following year) providing it is the same job ( different jobs that have existed for less than 12 months can not be combined together to make up a 12 month period), and the jobs need not exist at the date of application...


Does it mean I'm in trouble!! extention in 2 weeks!!

The requirement for a job to exist min of 12 months is for post April 2014 applicants.

I mean... it says 1 worker for 24 months / 1 worker for 6 months and one for 18 months/ 4 worker for 6 months...

In my case its one for 13 months, one for 8 months , 1 for 3 months and last one for 2 months.

The total adds upto 26 months... But again my third and fourth employees were not for more than 6 months

Those are just examples, you simply need 24 months of employment and it seems you have it
