I believe the enquiry is on behalf of jojybaba's wife.seasky wrote:I can't answer your technical questions. Just wanted to point out that the english test for ILR is dead easy. If you are able to write the post you wrote, you have more than passed. It is ten minutes of a conversation with an examiner. No reading, no writing.
The cost of the test is clearly a ripoff at £150 but I would send your wife ASAP to do it. You have little to lose if she fails as there is no limit on doing it again as needed. Sometimes HO uses discretion (again sometimes...) if she has passed the test before the application is examined.Casa wrote:I believe the enquiry is on behalf of jojybaba's wife.seasky wrote:I can't answer your technical questions. The questions at the test centre are generated on the day randomly, they do not appear in the same order as any test preparation websites. She needs to have read/studied the book to be able to answer questions out of sequence.
You cannot learn for LIUK like a 'parrot'.
