Baby born in the UK required documents for Tier 2?

Dear All,
I am planning to apply for my daughter's visa, who was recently born in the UK. I am on Tier 2 (G) and wanted to ask what documents should we send along with her application?
Are these just Application form, picture and birth certificate or there are some other documents as well?
These three documents are showing up as the required documents in the online application.

Could you please throw some light on this or share some recent experience?

+ copy of parents visa (BRP)
you also either need a letter from employer stating £630 /one month maintenance or 3 months of statement with min balance of £630 or above.
dont forget, its the full birth certificate
