children settlement visa refused

our children visa application has been denied because the ECO is not satisfy that the birth certificate is a reliable prove that am their father because the birth certificate is been issued long after their birth.
so I would like to seek advice if the DNA TEST RESULT confirming the paternity should been enough to make the ECO to change his decision.

If he was not satisfied, they ought to have asked you to provide alternate proof. A DNA should be ok.
