I am currently in UK since mid 2011 on Tier 2 ICT visa. Now, there is a potential that I might have an opportunity to move into one of the subsidiary companies of my organization.
By the sound of it seems like the subsidiary company have their own sponsorship license.
I have a few questions on this :
1. Is there a way an organization can be be listed as a branch under a licensed sponsor and yet their own separate sponsorship license?
2. Is there an exhaustive list of branches registered under each licensed sponsor?
3. Given the above circumstances what needs to happen for me to work in this subsidiary company?
