that is true. company give increment to those employees who work very hard, self esteemed, motivated and benefit for the company because company considered employee their assets that is why company spent thousand pounds for their training and visits.
yes increment would be genuine and always for deserving candidates who justify with their jobs and work.
but here is a matter how many months salary slips do i need to give them as proof.
