FLR - Need your valuable comments!

Dear friends,

My HSMP application got approved couple of weeks back. Now I am going to apply for FLR since I am already in UK on work permit.

But I have some concerns regarding FLR. If I successfully get HSMP Visa, I believe the work permit I already have will be invalidated. In such a situation:

1. Can my current employer find out that I have changed my visa unless I inform them?
2. Can I continue to work with the same employer regardless of visa change? (I am currently on deputation through an Indian IT MNC)

I'll highly appreciate your valuable inputs.

Yes u can continue to work for your current employer.

No your current employer will not find out change of visa unless u inform.

Yes your current WP will be invalid as soon as you get HSMP.
