Directors loan- Extension

our extension is due soon we are on 50 k PSW route and in our initial application we submitted directors loan agreement for three years and now these three years has been expired.

Now we are wondering how to extend that loan agreement. shall we make a fresh loan agreement says that it has been extended for another 3 years or shall we just make the cover letter on companys letter head that it has been extended for another 3 years.

Have you claimed points for investment in initial application? if so you dont require to submit investment points section documents again.

If you already provided this as a proof of investment before why do you need to extend it again ?

how the case worker will find out that investment points has already been awarded???

as far as I know we have to show something on which grounds the investment points have been awarded in initial successful investment.
