Child BC - Born Abroad

Hello, I would appreciate if you can advise me on my situation please :
Child is 12 years old, born abroad to non BC parents, lives in UK for 6 years. Got his BRP for 6 months now
I am the only parent with sole custody, living in UK for 10 years, got myself PR as well
Also have another child been born in UK, BC by birth
We don't have any ties with any other countries rather than UK. My oldest child father lives in different country, and I have official statement of his give up parental rights and custody.
I am planing to apply for Naturalization for my 12 years old child , using MN1 under section 3(1).
My question is : How likely it will be approved if I am not BC and not applaying with him at the same time? And also do I need a written permission from his father to let him regretted as BC ?

A child born abroad qualifies when the parents apply or after parents have been approved.

What BRP does he have, what does it say exactly?

Is the father listed on the birth certificate and were you married to him?

I has Residence Card ( type of permit: Permanent Residence)
His father is on the Birth certificate , but I was not married to him, and as I mentioned earlier he officially gave up custody, got this document on me.

He will only qualify for MN1 3(1) when and if you apply for citizenship or once he turns 18 and applies on form AN as an adult.

I arrived to UK in December 2006 on transit tourist visa, but did not leave the country and stayed despite fact visa only allowed me to stay 48 hours. Later in 2008 I married to the EEA national. So got my EEA 5 years permit and then PR. Question is 10 year good character immigration issues still applied to me? Or my 10 years already past in December 2016? Thanks a lot

So got my EEA 5 years permit and then PR. Question is 10 year good character immigration issues still applied to me? Or my 10 years already past in December 2016? Because according to AN booklet it is 10 years since entry UK illegally or from date first been know by HO. In my particular situation I am entered UK kind of "illegally " as I should go to connective flight , but instead I left airport. Could you please clarify me on that , I am confused. Thanks a lot

I believe that the 10 year period would start from your date of marriage.
