Setup a new business

Dear Memember,

One of my friend ask me about to start new business which is not relate to her T1(E) extension. She asked me that is there is any issue to setup another business on this route. There is any concerns expecting from HO. She invested all 50K in her primary business and she will show the same business at the time of appliation.

However the job creation requirement fulfilled and investment made in the primary business which is equivalent to NQF 4.
Current appointment report shows, Appointments 2 , which means director of 2 companies , but it was the same at the time of initial application as well.
Your suggestion please .

There is no such restriction in the rules for Tier 1E applicants except for people wanting to switch either from Tier 1 General or PSW.

So there is restriction for people those who are applying for extension under 50k ( PSW) rule , as far as the 50k and job creation is done through primary business which is equivalent to NQF 4? So they won't ask for the details of second company or it's nature of business if we are not claiming any points for that company ?
Am I correct ?
Reason I am asking as current appointment report shows that person is a director of 2 company which might trigger them to ask details about 2nd company as well .

There is no such a thing as Extension under PSW route. As I said above, that restriction applies only when switching from Tier 1G or PSW during INITIAL visa
