Attestion of Dcuments for UK Tier 4 student visa???

Hello,
I am a student from Pakistan, i have received unconditional offer of acceptance from one of the university in UK.i have few questions.
1) I have not done attestation of documents from HEC, is it necessary to attest your document from HEC or it is not important?
2) Secondly, i have read that CNIC (Computerized National identity card) translation is also important. is it required to translate your CNIC for UK student visa? if it is important where can i translate my CNIC? Any office??
Please guide me.

I am not clear why these are required for your Tier 4 application. Where are you reading that you need to include them?

i read it somewhere. i asked because i do not want to make any mistake in my visa process.

So, what do you say i don't require them?
