Visa expires 1 day before 10-year anniversary

Hi All

Can someone please offer some advice on my case?

10th July will be the 10-year anniversary of my continuous stay in the UK. My existing visa is valid until 9th July, therefore my visa will be valid at the time of application if I apply up to 28 days before the 10th July. Do you think I will be eligible to apply, or do I need a visa covering until the 10 year anniversary(in my case one day short)?

You can apply within 28 days of 10 year anniversary no issue, assuming you entered the UK on 10th July 10 years ago
